Removal of Post Count and Join Date
During my years of experience on the Roblox forums, I have seen that two of the biggest causes of trolling, flaming, and a negative atmosphere there in general are post count and join date. People would use their post counts and join dates to bully those who had less posts, or joined later than they did. Post count and join date also have become far too important on the Roblox forums, often being the deciding factors of the significance of a post as opposed to its actual content.
Therefore, I have decided to stop those problems here before they even began, by removing post count and join date. I turned them off using the administration panel. My guess is that they are still recorded, but I set them so that they do not appear on posts or profiles, so it is impossible to see them now.
I might experiment with letting other fields appear under your username next to your post, or I might just leave it completely blank other than your username and rank.
This way, if people want to post, they will post for the sake of posting, and not to increase their post count. And, people won't be able to judge each other based on their post counts and join dates. They will have to take each post for what it is, and evaluate its content, as opposed to allowing post count or join date to do that for them.
As a footnote, it is necessary for me to leave the ranks visible, so that users can know who the staff members are, so they know who to go to for help, and so they know whoever is asking them to follow the rules has the authority to do so.
EDIT: I just recently found out that it is still possible to view post count in certain areas of the site. However, due to the fact that it will not be present on forum posts or profiles, I think it will greatly reduce any potential problems that would arise from people bullying others due to them having a lower, or higher, post count.

Okay, SCS. I understand. I have seen this in action on ROBLOX. This was a wise decision on your part.

I have seen people be bullied numerous times on the forums for both their post count and their join date.

I do see this a lot. What I see the most is the negative atmosphere.
This is what I see a lot. When a new user goes to a forum to ask questions about the game or user questions I see people replying things that don't even answer what the user asked.
